CaribbeanIMG is designed to be a local-first application. By default, your rank order lists, scores, and notes are securely stored directly in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to enable Cloud Sync or export your data.
If you choose to use Cloud Sync by signing in with Google, we collect your basic profile information, such as your email address, strictly to authenticate your account and securely back up your application state to Appwrite.
CaribbeanIMG does not display advertisements and does not embed any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking scripts. We do not use advertising cookies. Your usage is not profiled or sold.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or residency match data to third parties. Data synced to our cloud infrastructure is protected using industry-standard encryption and security practices provided by Appwrite Cloud.
Because your primary data is stored locally, you have full control over it. You can export, modify, or delete your data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or using the tools provided within CaribbeanIMG.
