Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the RankList web application (the "Service") operated by Gnostic Vampire Media ("us", "we", or "our").

CRITICAL NOTICE: RankList is exclusively an organizational and analytical tool. It does NOT submit data to the NRMP. You must independently and officially certify and submit your final rank order list through the official NRMP R3 system. We hold no responsibility if you fail to submit your list on time.

1. Not Affiliated with the NRMP

RankList and Gnostic Vampire Media are completely independent entities and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) or any other official residency matching organization.

2. No Guarantee of Match

The Service is designed to help you organize and mathematically weigh your preferences. However, the residency match process is inherently complex and competitive. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees that using RankList will result in a successful match or a placement at your preferred program.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Gnostic Vampire Media expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gnostic Vampire Media, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your Rank Order List and ensuring it accurately reflects your true preferences before officially submitting it to the NRMP R3 system.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
